Return Policy
Sabine's Boutique strives to provide its customers with the highest quality, authentic designer merchandise
and service, and is one of very few sellers that offer buyers a "satisfaction guaranteed" shopping experience.
When buying an item, please contact us if you have any questions whatsoever about the product, i.e., size, color,
leather type, etc. Before we ship your purchase, we want to make certain that you are buying exactly what you want and
expect.
When you receive your item, please examine it carefully, including checking for any defects, and making sure it is
what you ordered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item.
You will then be instructed on how to proceed. All items will be equipped with a "security tag". Once the security tag
has been removed, this item may not be returned. Seller is not responsible for damage caused by the buyer.
All items must be shipped back in exactly the same condition as received with security tag attached, i.e., same care in
packaging, same insurance, via USPS Priority Mail, and for International use an equivalent service to USPS Global
Express Mail. ALL security tags, designer tags or cards, dust bags, and security labels must be intact. USED bags
will not be taken back.
You may exchange or get a refund (less a $25 fee to cover our handling costs and credit card fees). Unlike many
online merchants, we DO NOT charge 10% - 20% restocking fees.
Guarantee of Authenticity
All of our merchandise is new and authentic from US and European Designer Boutiques, etc., and is being sold at a
discount. We do not sell fake/counterfeit merchandise or seconds/returns.
We provide detailed information on each designer product, describing the basic materials, designs, etc. of the item,
as well as item specific attributes (to include measurements, interior design, and other specific information). Most of
the products are either leather or leather and logo fabric. On occasion, there are items made from mink, fur, coated
canvas, patent leather, and others (never plastic). In ALL cases, we will specify, to the best of our ability, the exact
descriptions. Unlike some businesses, we usually provide several pictures of each item, which hopefully gives the
buyer better information before purchasing. However, photos can never be as accurate as an in-person
inspection of the item.
Without exception, Designer merchandise has a "quality" look and feel that cannot be matched. Please keep in mind
that even Designer merchandise, whether machine manufactured or hand-made cannot always be perfect or last
forever. However, if any of our customers incur any problems with their purchase, we will try to resolve the issue
either through repair or exchange (up to 6 months from date of purchase).
Gift Wrapping
We will be happy to send your gift-wrapped item to your recipient for an extra fee of $5.00 per item. Your item will arrive
beautifully gift-wrapped along with a handwritten gift card from you.
Shipping
Insurance: Required on all shipments and is included in the shipping fees quoted below.
U.S.A. Domestic: All orders will ship within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) from receipt & confirmation of your
order/payment.

Upon request and at an additional charge, we will send your items via FedEx overnight (depending on the "ship to"

U.S.A. (Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories, including AS, CZ, GU, MP, PR, VI, AP, AE, AA, FP): Shipping to the
above states, territories, etc., will be handled through USPS Global Express at a flat rate fee of $40.00 (which includes
insurance).
International (Canada only): We offer shipping to Canada at a flat rate fee of $45.00 (USPS Global Express) (which
includes insurance).
International (excluding Canada): We offer International shipping at a flat rate fee of $55.00 (USPS Global Express)
(which includes insurance).
International Customs: We cannot be held responsible for possible additional Custom's charges, taxes, fees, etc.

order with us. We cannot declare a lesser value in order to lower your possible Custom's fees. Contact us before

PLEASE NOTE: In order to accept international credit cards (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.), "billing" and "shipping"
address must be the same, and we require the C V V code in the order processing. Alternatively you may use
Western Union, or Bank Wire Transfers to pay for your purchases. Should you have any problems with that
