Just wanted to let you know that my brother-in-law received the Gucci Handbag last Friday so they were able to bring it up to me on
the weekend! I'm VERY happy with the bag, It's just as gorgeous as you said, and exactly what I wanted. It's a treat doing business
with someone as customer-oriented as you, and I will definitely shop with you again.

In short: I never had such a personalized, friendly and professional eCommerce experience before. Amazon is nice but can not beat the
truly customer oriented behaviour of Sabine and her staff. The product: Absolutely authentic GUCCI Handbag and grade A+ quality.
I've been in contact with this merchant since last fall to shop for another bag.
I did a lot of research on handbags, resellers, fakes, distribution channels and even visited stationary flagship store to find the right
merchant and product. Sabine does it all and sells only AUTHENTIC luxury products. I did not order the first time but contacted her approx.
1.5 months ago about a bag that I saw at ______.com.   Within 3 days she informed me that it was possible to get the bag and it took
just another 2-3 weeks until they arrived. Throughout the process she always answered my questions and when I ordered the bag it
arrived on time...not to mention the easy track& trace function by Yahoo.
I will be back for sure as handbags are also a girl's best friend. I can recommend SB to anyone who likes a professional and personalized
shopping experience at a remarkable price for luxury products.

Dear Sabine,
My emails have become ridiculously repetitive. Once again the handbag (Fendi Handbag) was very nicely packaged and arrived
even before I had time to wonder when it was coming. I like that you took the time to give me your opinion about the two Fendi's I was
considering. You made my decision much easier when you cheerfully reminded me about your easy return/exchange policy.
I also have to thank you especially for giving me suggestions regarding the stains on my other bag. That was something you had nothing
to do with. Thank you for taking the time anyway.
I am happy to report that the drycleaners I took the Dior handbag to successfully removed the lip gloss stains. Knowing you, you are
probably as pleased as I am about it!!!
